Shipping Policy

Custom Creations by Carnella ships to the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Canada, The United Kingdom, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. The US Post Office calculates shipping at the time of checkout. 

Standard

• We are committed to ensuring you receive your package in a timely, efficient matter. Working with USPS and UPS, we can ensure that your package arrives promptly.
• USPS and UPS deliver Monday -Saturday. We will provide you with tracking and the estimated delivery date.
• This shipping method is the only shipping method available for shipments to U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.
• All Packages are insured for $50

Our Processing Time

• All orders that do not require any customization are shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
• All orders requiring customization will ship within 4-7 days.
• All Custom Orders will ship with 14-30 days.

Signature Policy

Custom Creations by Carnella does not require a signature for delivery of orders in most cases but reserves the right to do so. Once the carrier confirms the order's delivery, then the Company is no longer liable for the order. The Company is not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage to orders that may occur while in the carrier's custody.
