What payments do you accept?
All major credit cards, Paypal, Cashapp, and Bitcoin 

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. If your item is not in stock please allow 4-7 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 2-3 days. For custom orders please allow 14-30 days for production and 2-3 days for transit. 

Tracking numbers can take between 1-5 days to generate depending on the item you order. Unless you have a custom order you will receive you tracking number within 7 days. If  you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please contact us.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We want you to love anything you purchase from us. If you have an item that you want us to give special attention to please use the custom order phone. If your item is damaged in shipping please let us know and we will instruct you on how to file a claim with the carrier. 

Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once it is placed. We ask that you place double check your cart and insure you selected the color, size and image that your intended to. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the contact us page to let us know. Please note that once your item has shipped there is nothing we can do.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide. Most customers in the US will receive their item 2-3 days after it has shipped. International customer 14-30 days depending on the carrier.  

I have a question that wasn't answered, can you please help?
Absolutely! We are here to help you make your home beautiful! Contact us using live chat to get the fastest response. If it can wait a bit use or contact page and we will responded within 48 hours.  

Can I Return My Order?
Due to high demand and our very strict production process we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. We hope that does not discourage you as we are passionate about our Art and we are confident that you will love it. All our product photos are unedited, what you see is what you will be ordering.
